Green Goddess Salad - Cooking, Coaching & Conversations with Dr Lucy Burns

This salad is packed with all the green veggies and creamy avocado lime dressing. Remember, we want to prioritise protein, so adding plenty of boiled eggs and chicken or another source of protein to your salad is essential.
Ingredients
- lettuce, chopped
- cabbage, sliced
- cucumber, sliced
- spring onions, sliced
- green peas
- boiled eggs, chopped
- cooked chicken, chopped
- avocado & lime dressing
Instructions
- Add all the salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss them together. You can use whatever green veggies you have on hand or you prefer.
- Add the dressing and toss again to coat.
