Dr Lucy is creating a quick and delicious low carb dinner tonight! Lamb burgers cooked in the air fryer with tomatoes, zucchini and feta cheese. Remember that low carb real food doesn't need to be beautiful, it just needs to be nutritious and delicious. We are big fans of #uglyfood

Ingredients

  • cherry tomatoes
  • zucchini, chopped
  • feta cheese block
  • salt
  • Mingle seasoning 'All Purpose' blend
  • olive oil
  • lamb burgers

Instructions

  1. In the base of your air fryer, add the tomatoes, zucchini and feta block. Sprinkle over the salt and Mingle seasoning, and then drizzle with some olive oil.
  2. Place the lamb burgers on top and cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes, or until the burgers are cooked through.
