Healthy Big Mac Salad Recipe - Delicious and Nutritious!

This meal follows the classic Real Life Medicine Framework called Build Your Plate
Ingredients:
Mince Meat
- 1 kg Minced Beef
- 100 g Diced Onion (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 100 ml Passata
- 2 tbsp Mingle "Use Me on Everything Seasoning"
Salad
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Lebanese Cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
- 6 Slices of Cheese, cut in quarters
Special Sauce
- 1 cup of Sour Cream or Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mingle "Burger Sauce seasoning"
- Optional: Mingle Tomato Sauce
Directions:
- In a large frypan, brown the minced beef with diced onion until cooked through.
- Add tomato paste, passata, Mingle seasoning, and a pinch of salt to the beef mixture. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
- In a serving bowl, layer shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, dill pickles, and quartered cheese slices.
- Once the minced beef is cooked, spoon it over the salad.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream or mayonnaise with Mingle "Burger Sauce seasoning" to create the special sauce. If desired, add a dollop of Mingle Tomato Sauce for extra flavour.
- Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and enjoy your healthy Big Mac Salad!
