High Protein, Low Carb for Easy Weight Loss 

Marry Me Chicken combines Tuscan flavours and nutritious ingredients all in a single pan, making it perfect for a low carb lifestyle. This recipe features diced chicken thighs, hearty bacon, and a mix of fresh vegetables, all brought together with a creamy, flavourful sauce. It’s an ideal choice for a satisfying meal that's simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Proteins:
    • 1 kg of chicken thighs, diced
    • 300 g of bacon, chopped
  • Vegetables:
    • 100 g of onions, diced
    • 2 zucchinis, sliced
    • 1 red capsicum, sliced
    • 300 g of mushrooms, sliced
  • Sauce:
    • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
    • 200 g of Passata sauce
    • 30 g of Mingle Seasoning, Tuscan Chicken
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 200 g of cream or sour cream

Directions

Cooking Method

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Dice the chicken thighs, chop the bacon, and prepare all vegetables as listed.
  2. Cook Bacon and Chicken: In a large frying pan add onions, and cook the bacon until crispy. Add the diced chicken and cook until it’s browned and cooked through.
  3. Add Vegetables and Sauce Components: To the pan, zucchinis, red capsicum, mushrooms, tomato paste, Passata, salt and Tuscan chicken seasoning. Stir well to combine.
  4. Simmer: Allow the mixture to simmer for about 20 minutes, letting the flavours blend and the sauce thicken slightly.
  5. Final Touch: Mix in the cream or sour cream, heating through gently to ensure the sauce is creamy and smooth.

Serving

Serve Hot: Dish out the Marry Me Chicken hot, optionally topped with fresh herbs like parsley or basil to enhance flavour and appearance. You can add it to cauliflower rice if you like
